Eligibility for Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear items are only eligible for return if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Any item showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Replacements
We offer replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, excluding shipping charges.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
