Return Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear items may only be returned if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Any item that shows signs of use will not be eligible for return.
Return Timeframe
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Return Shipping
